Banana Bread is a deliciously moist bread with chunks of cream cheese and bananas throughout the loaf. Breakfast just got a little better.

Soft, moist banana bread with chucks of banana and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 2 Eggs, slightly beaten

  • 4 (Ripe) Bananas, 3 smashed, 1 whole, cut into pieces

  • 2 Cups Flour, sifted

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda, sifted

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder, sifted

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt, sifted

  • 3 Tablespoons Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

  • 4 Ounces Cream cheese, cut into small pieces

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat the oil and sugar until combined.
  • Add in the eggs and 3 smashed bananas.
  • Sift together the flour, baking soda and powder and salt into a bowl.
  • Slowly blend the flour mixture into the wet batter.
  • Add in the milk and vanilla, beating well.
  • Fold in the cream cheese and banana chunks.
  • Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake in the oven for about an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
