Mustard Lemon Cream Sauce

A bright and creamy sauce that goes perfectly on any grilled veggies, meats and seafood.

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg Yolks

  • 3 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)

  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients in a mason jar (or a medium sized bowl).
  • Using an Immersion blender (or a hand mixer), blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Pour on top of any grilled veggies, meat and fish.
