Ingredients
3 Egg Yolks
3 Tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all the ingredients in a mason jar (or a medium sized bowl).
- Using an Immersion blender (or a hand mixer), blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour on top of any grilled veggies, meat and fish.
